AI Helpers Across Onflow Ads
The Creative Studio is the AI's home page, but the same AI shows up as small helper buttons all over the product β usually marked with the π€ robot emoji, or π¨ when the helper produces an image. This page is the map: where every helper lives, what it does, and what it costs.
The three rules that apply to every helperβ
- Nothing runs until you click. Loading a page never spends anything. Helpers are opt-in, one click at a time.
- Each text helper spends one AI text action, from the same shared allowance you see on the Studio's AI text today meter. Each image helper spends one image from the AI images this month allowance.
- The page keeps working without it. If AI is unavailable, or you're out of actions, the helper tells you so and the rest of the page carries on normally β you still see the real numbers, the deterministic suggestion, or the standard summary underneath.
Availability of individual helpers can depend on your plan. A helper your plan doesn't include says so when you click it, and names the plan that unlocks it.
How a helper behaves when you click itβ
| Stage | What you see |
|---|---|
| Working | The button label changes to a working state, such as π€ Draftingβ¦, π€ Checkingβ¦, π€ Thinkingβ¦, or π¨ Paintingβ¦, and disables itself |
| Success | The result appears in place, directly under or inside the panel you were looking at |
| Out of actions | A short message such as "You've used today's AI actions", usually followed by the same tier-aware upgrade panel the Studio shows |
| Locked by plan | A message naming the plan that unlocks the helper |
| AI unavailable | A brief message; nothing is spent, and the underlying page data is unchanged |
For advertisers (Paid Promotions)β
| Where | Button | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Booking composer | π€ Draft | Writes your placement's post text from a one-line brief, straight into the creative box |
| Booking composer | π¨ Generate image | Generates an ad photo into a media slot of your booking creative (uses your image allowance) |
| Booking composer | π€ AI compliance check | Reviews your creative against that specific channel's own rules and reports a pass or a risk level with the issue named |
| Booking composer | π€ Fix to pass | Appears when the pre-flight found blocking failures β rewrites your creative so it clears exactly those issues |
| Campaign analytics | π€ Explain my results | A plain-language read of a campaign's performance numbers |
| Campaign analytics | π€ Rebook advisor | Suggests which placements are worth booking again |
| Auctions | π€ Bid coach | Advice on how to bid on a specific auction |
| Media plan builder | π€ Draft with AI | Describe the campaign in plain words and it drafts a diversified media plan from the live catalogue, within your budget |
| Cart | π€ Check overlap | Estimates audience overlap between the channels in your cart, so you don't pay twice for the same readers |
| Orders (proof trail) | π€ What does this prove? | Explains, in plain language, what a placement's delivery proof does and does not verify |
π€ AI compliance check never blocks a booking. It surfaces the subtle rule conflicts that simple keyword checks miss, so you can fix them before the channel owner declines your creative. The decision is still yours.
For channel owners (Paid Promotions)β
| Where | Button | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Listing pricing | π€ Ask the pricing strategist | Narrates the price suggestion β why these numbers, and what to adjust |
| Owner portfolio | π€ Coach my portfolio | A summary read of all your listings' performance together |
| Owner portfolio | π€ Yield coach | Flags concrete revenue leaks β unpriced formats, unanswered requests, no perks running β with advice on each |
| Listing insights | π€ How am I doing? | Explains one listing's standing and its trend over time |
Subscriber Exchangeβ
| Where | Button | What it does |
|---|---|---|

| Partner discovery | π€ Find my best matches | Recommends the partner channels that fit yours best |
| Scheduler | π€ Best day to go live | Suggests the best day to publish, based on activity patterns |
Boostβ
| Where | Button | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Boost page | π€ Build | Describe your goal and set a budget, and it builds a boost bundle with a rationale |
| Boost campaigns | π€ Complete this campaign | Suggests services that pair well with what you've already ordered |
| Boost order detail | π€ Explain this order | A plain-language status read of one boost order β delivered percentage, refill eligibility, what happens next |
| White-Label storefront | π€ Write copy | Generates taglines and button labels for your storefront β tap one to use it |
| White-Label storefront | π¨ Generate hero | Designs your storefront's hero banner (uses your image allowance) |
The White-Label storefront is itself a top-plan feature, and π¨ Generate hero additionally needs AI image generation on your plan. If either is missing you'll see a message naming what's required.
Supportβ
When you write to support on the website, OnFlow AI can post an instant answer in the conversation while the team follows up. You'll see it labelled with π€ and instant answer, plus a banner reading "OnFlow AI answered instantly below β a teammate follows up by email if anything's missing."
The instant answer never closes your ticket. A human teammate still reviews it and replies by email. See the Support section.
In the Telegram botβ
The Onflow Ads Telegram bot has its own AI helpers. If your Telegram account is linked to your Onflow Ads account, those helpers spend from the same allowance as the website β one meter across both surfaces, by design, so there is no second allowance to collect by switching apps. See AI quotas and limits and the Telegram bot section.
Opt-in "explain" narrativesβ
Several dashboard pages β owner overview, listing insights, proof trails, boost orders, campaign analytics β offer one-click AI explanations of numbers already on screen. Two things are always true of these:
- Nothing is spent until you click. Loading the page never uses an AI action.
- The facts come first. The AI only narrates figures the platform has already calculated; it does not invent metrics. If the AI is unavailable or you're out of actions, the page falls back to the plain numbers or a standard summary.
That means an explanation is a convenience layer, never the source of truth. If the narrative and the numbers ever disagree, the numbers are right.
Frequently asked questionsβ
Do helpers cost more than the Studio?β
No. One click of a text helper equals one Studio generation: one AI text action. Image helpers equal one Studio image.
Can I run out of Studio actions by using helpers?β
Yes β and vice versa. There is one shared text allowance across the Studio, every helper, and the linked Telegram bot. Using the Bid coach three times leaves three fewer Studio generations that day.
A helper button isn't showing at all. Why?β
Most helpers only appear where they make sense β the Fix to pass button, for example, only shows when the pre-flight found blocking failures, and Best day to go live only appears on schedulers that support it. Some helpers are also gated by plan.
Can I turn helpers off?β
They're opt-in already: they do nothing until you click them, so there's nothing to switch off.
Does a helper's answer get saved?β
Helper output is shown in place for you to read and act on. Copy anything you want to keep β like the Studio, these are not stored as documents you can browse later.
If any helper replies "You've used today's AI actions," your daily text allowance is spent. It resets at 00:00 UTC, or a higher plan raises it. See AI quotas and limits.
Next: AI quotas and limits β the shared allowance every helper on this page draws from.
