Boost credit and referrals
Boost credit is a second balance that lives next to your wallet — promotional money that can only be spent on boosts, never withdrawn. On every boost order it is spent before wallet cash, automatically. Your credit balance is always visible: as the Boost credit chip in the Boost dashboard header (next to your wallet chip) and as the Boost credit card on the Orders page.
How you earn boost credit
| Source | When it's granted |
|---|---|
| Deposit bonus | Larger wallet top-ups mint bonus credit — the current thresholds and bonus, when an offer is running, are shown in the top-up flow. |
| Discount rebate | Your stacked discounts on an order exceeded the 15% cap — the overflow (up to 3% of the order) comes back as credit instead of being lost. The quote shows it as "Past the 15% cap → credit back". |
| Referral earnings | People you referred buy boosts — you earn a share of their settled spend (below). |
| Guarantee make-good | A guaranteed order's count dropped and the supplier would not refill it — the shortfall is credited back. See Refills. |
| Boost refund | Any refund of an order that was paid (partly) with credit returns that part as credit. See Cancellations and refunds. |
Cross-promotion campaigns you initiate as a Premium member can also pay completion rewards in boost credit — see the Cross-Promotion section of this guide.
How it's spent
- Every boost order charges credit first, then wallet cash. The quote itemises the split before you confirm ("Boost credit — spent first", then "Wallet charge").
- Credit works everywhere orders are placed: the Boost lab, the cart, mass orders, the Telegram bot and the API — one balance across all of them.
- Credit does not fund Auto-Boost budget pools (those are wallet-cash prepaid pools) — see Auto-Boost.
- Credit is never withdrawable and never converts to cash — including through refunds, which return it as credit.
Your credit statement
Open https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/boost/orders. The Boost credit card at the top shows:
- your current balance,
- your lifetime earned and spent totals.
Expand "View activity" for the full itemised ledger, newest first — every entry labelled by source: Deposit bonus, Discount rebate, Referral earnings, Guarantee make-good, Spent on a boost, Boost refund, Rebate reversed. Use Load more to page back through your whole history. If credit ever appears "from nowhere", this ledger is the answer — every cent is itemised.
Refer and earn
The "Refer & earn boost credit" card on the same Orders page runs the referral program: share your code, and you earn boost credit on every boost your referrals buy.
Sharing your code
- Your personal referral code is shown on the card. Press Copy.
- Send it to anyone you like. The card tracks your earnings and how many accounts you've referred.
Entering a friend's code
If someone referred you:
- Sign in and open the Orders page before placing your first boost order.
- In the "Got a friend's code?" row on the referral card, enter the code and press Add code.
Attribution rules — the store enforces all of these and tells you which one applies:
- A code can be added only before your first boost order ("A referral code can only be added before your first boost order.").
- A code can be added only once — the first code wins, permanently ("You've already added a referral code.").
- You can't refer yourself ("You can't refer yourself.").
- An invalid code is refused ("That referral code isn't valid.").
Once you've been attributed (or placed your first order), the code-entry row disappears.
What the referrer earns
From attribution onward, every settled boost order your referral places earns you a percentage of its spend as boost credit — currently 5%, with a per-order cap, granted automatically when the order settles and itemised as Referral earnings in your credit statement and in the card's recent-earnings list. Refunded orders don't pay.
Referral earnings are boost credit — spendable on any boost, spent before your wallet cash, never withdrawable. It's a discount engine, not a payout program.
FAQ
Where did this credit come from? Expand View activity on the Boost credit card — every grant is labelled with its source and timestamp.
Why did my credit go down without me ordering? Two possibilities, both visible in the ledger: a "Spent on a boost" line (credit is spent first on every order — including orders you placed via the bot or API), or a "Rebate reversed" line (an order that had earned a rebate was fully refunded).
Does boost credit expire? No expiry mechanism applies to earned credit — it stays until spent.
Can I transfer credit to another account? No. Credit is bound to your account.
My friend used my code but I see no earnings. Earnings post when their orders settle (complete or partially deliver) — not at placement. Also check the card's referred-accounts count: if it didn't increase, the code wasn't successfully attached (it must be added before their first order).
