Placing an order

All ordering happens in your Boost dashboard: https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/boost. You need a signed-in account with a verified email, and enough balance (wallet cash plus boost credit) to cover the order.

Order a single boost

  1. Open the store. In the Command center, click any booster card (or a "BOOST THIS" button on one of your channel's metric tiles). This opens the Boost lab — the order composer.

  2. Step 1 — Pick the booster. The lab lists the services in that group (for example all the "members" services) with their per-1,000 rates. Click the one you want.

  3. Step 2 — Target. Enter the link the boost should be delivered to:

    • For channel-level services: your channel link or @username (e.g. t.me/yourchannel or @yourchannel).
    • For post-level services: the post link itself (e.g. t.me/yourchannel/123).
    • If you've added your channels to the dashboard, click a channel chip to fill the link for you.

The field validates as you type and shows exactly what's wrong if the link doesn't fit the service. The link is checked again on the server before any money moves.

Boost several targets at once (multi-link). Click "+ another link" to add up to 9 extra target links. All targets are placed together as one batch of independent orders — and because it's 2 or more orders in one checkout, the bundle discount applies automatically (see Cart, bundles and mass orders).

  4. Step 3 — Amount. Pick a quantity with the preset chips (1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000, where they fit the service), the slider, or by typing. The service's minimum and maximum are shown, along with a rough completion estimate based on its typical daily speed.

  5. Step 4 — Delivery options.

    • Drip-feed — deliver in natural-looking runs instead of one burst. Presets like "4 × 30m", "8 × 1h" and "12 × 2h" are offered; behind the scenes any split from 2 to 100 batches, 1 to 1440 minutes apart, is supported. Drip-feed is available on services that support it and on paid plans.
    • Priority lane (+15%) — front of the delivery queue with a faster status cycle. A premium-plan feature; priced as a +15% add-on on the list price (your discount still applies to it).
    • 30-day guarantee (+8%) — the order's delivered count is re-measured at day 7 and day 30; if it drops, you get a refill or a boost-credit make-good. On Elite, Master and Ultimate plans a delivery guarantee (30 / 60 / 90 days respectively) is included free and the toggle shows "Included" instead of a price.
    • Schedule for later — when scheduling is available, you can charge now and have the boost launch at a time you pick, between 10 minutes and 30 days ahead. A scheduled order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it launches (see Cancellations and refunds).
  6. Check the quote. The quote panel is priced by the server — the exact same code that will charge you (every line of it is explained on Getting a quote) — and itemises:

    • List price (quantity × rate per 1,000)
    • Priority lane and guarantee add-ons, if selected
    • Discounts (your plan discount + volume break, capped at 15% off)
    • Any "past the cap → credit back" rebate (discount you earned beyond the cap, returned as boost credit)
    • Total, then how it will be paid: "Boost credit — spent first" and the remaining "Wallet charge".
  7. Coupon (optional). Type a code and press Apply. The server validates it immediately and re-prices the total; if the code is invalid, expired, used up, platform-restricted or below its minimum order, you're told exactly why.

  8. Launch. Press "Launch boost · $X" (the button shows the exact wallet charge). If your balance is short, the exact shortfall is shown and your order stays on screen while you top up — the balance button in the page header opens the top-up flow.

Once placed, you're taken to a confirmation and the order appears in your orders with live progress. You'll get an order ID like BO-XXXXXXXX.

Safe against double-clicks

An identical repeat of the same order (same service, link and quantity) within a short window is treated as an accidental double-submit and blocked with a clear message — check your Orders first, then try again if you really meant it.

What can block an order
  • Your email must be verified.
  • The quantity must be inside the service's min/max.
  • Each plan has a cap on orders in progress at once and a maximum value per order — the error message names your plan's limit and which plan raises it.
  • Some services are members-only or need a minimum plan.

Ordering more than one boost

Everything batched — the Cart (collect boosts and pay once, with the 10% bundle discount on 2 or more lines), multi-link batches, and Mass order (paste rows in bulk, with per-plan row limits) — has its own page: Cart, bundles and mass orders. In short: press "+ Cart" in the Boost lab instead of launching, and check out from the Cart view.

Paying: wallet, credit, and top-ups

  • Orders are paid boost credit first, then wallet cash — always in one atomic step with the order itself, so there is never a charge without an order or an order without a charge.
  • If no provider can accept your order after it is charged, it is refunded in full automatically — credit back as credit, cash back as cash.
  • The balance button in the dashboard header opens a top-up. Larger top-ups can earn bonus boost credit — the current bonus offer, when one is running, is shown in the top-up flow.

Ordering from the Telegram bot

Everything above also works inside the Onflow Ads Telegram bot (https://t.me/OnflowAdsBot). The bot and the website share the same catalogue, prices, wallet and order history — an order placed in one shows up in the other.

Next: your boost is live — follow it to completion in Tracking your orders.
