Setting up your channel listing

After adding a channel, click Continue to setup (or Set up next to the channel on your dashboard) to open the listing wizard. The wizard has three steps — Details, Pricing and Audience — with a live preview and a Listing completeness meter in the right-hand rail so you always know how your listing will look and what is still missing.

Your progress is saved every time you click Continue — you will see a brief Saved ✓ confirmation — so you can leave and come back any time.

A more complete listing gets more bookings. The completeness meter tracks your title, description, category, language, keywords, photo, prices and subscriber source — aim for 100%.

Step 1 — Details​

Your channel's details are pre-filled from Telegram; polish anything you like.

  • Channel photo — upload a JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB with Upload image, or click Remove to clear it. The photo you had on Telegram is used automatically until you change it.
  • Channel name (required) — pre-filled from Telegram.
  • Description — a short pitch for advertisers.
  • Category — pick one: Crypto & Web3, Tech & Software, News & Media, Finance & Trading, Education & Courses, Books & Literature, Gaming & Esports, Entertainment, Marketing & Business, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, Travel, Art & Design, Sports, or Other.
  • Primary language — pick one: English, Russian, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Indonesian, French, German, Turkish, Persian, or Other.
  • Keywords (up to 3) — type a keyword and press Enter to add it as a chip; click the small button on a chip to remove it.

Step 2 — Pricing​

Set your price per ad placement, in USD. A placement is defined by how long the ad stays in your channel and how many hours it is pinned at the top.

  • The 1-day placement is required. It is always pinned for 1 hour, and its price must be at least $1.
  • Placements from 2 to 7 days are optional — switch on any you want to offer. For each one you choose:
    • Pinned for — how many hours the ad stays pinned. The pin can never be longer than the stay (a 2-day placement can be pinned at most 48 hours, and so on).
    • Price (USD) — what an advertiser pays for that placement.
  • Offer a discount on repeat orders (optional) — tick the checkbox and enter a percentage, up to a maximum of 90%.

The preview rail summarizes your prices as you type, e.g. "1d · $5 · pin 1h".

Step 3 — Audience​

Help advertisers understand who they will reach.

  • Audience gender split — drag the slider to set the men/women percentage. The two sides always add up to 100%.
  • Source of subscribers (required) — describe how you grew the channel: organic, cross-promotions, paid ads on specific platforms, and so on. Honest detail here builds trust with reviewers and advertisers.
  • Automatically approve ad requests from trusted advertisers — this option is labeled Soon and is not active yet.

Submitting for review​

On the last step, click Submit for review. Before submitting, make sure you have filled in everything — the wizard checks and points you to any missing step:

  • a channel name
  • a short description
  • a category and a primary language
  • at least one keyword
  • the required 1-day price (at least $1)
  • your subscriber source

Submission also re-runs channel verification — the bot must still be an administrator of your channel with the required rights. If it was removed, the verification panel appears again with instructions.

Once submitted:

  • Your channel status changes to Pending review and the wizard becomes a read-only Under review panel: "Your channel is in the moderation queue. We'll email you the moment it's approved."
  • The listing is locked while under review — you cannot edit details, change the photo or resubmit until a decision is made.
  • You receive a confirmation email that the channel was submitted.

After the decision​

  • Approved — the status page shows Approved & live 🎉: your channel is live in the cross-promotion network. Approved listings stay locked for editing; their public details are what reviewers approved.
  • Needs changes (rejected) — the wizard reopens for editing and shows the reviewer's note ("Changes requested: …"). Fix what was flagged and submit again — resubmission clears the old note and puts you back in the queue.

While your channel is Pending review or Approved, edits are blocked. If you try, you will see "This channel is locked while it's under review." If you need to change an approved listing, contact support, or delete and re-add the channel (which starts the review from scratch).
