Partnership Requests

A partnership request is the direct, no-code way to start a swap: you pick a partner in the directory, propose a schedule up front, and if they accept, the campaign is created automatically with both channels already attached. Nobody needs to copy or enter a CP code.

Requests live on the Find Partners page at https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/cross-promotion/discover — you send them from the Find partners tab, and manage them on the Requests tab.

Why use a request instead of a code?

Sending a request

  1. On the Find partners tab, set your channel at the top of the page ("Match against your channel" then Use channel). This is required before sending: it's the channel you'll promote, and it becomes your side of the campaign. If you skip it, pressing Request swap shows "Set your channel at the top first — that's the channel you'll promote."
  2. Press Request swap on a partner's card. The card is replaced by an inline form titled "Request a swap with" that partner.
  3. Pick a proposed go-live date, time, timezone and duration — the same scheduler as the create wizard, with the same 14-day window and the same run durations (12h to 168h).
  4. Optionally add a short Message (up to 240 characters — the placeholder suggests "Say hi and why you'd be a good match.").
  5. Press Send request. You'll see "Request sent — we'll let you know when they respond." The partner is notified by Telegram DM and email.

Rules for outbound requests

  • One pending request per partner at a time. The partner's card shows a disabled Request sent button until it is resolved; trying to send another returns "You already have a pending request to this partner."
  • Sending a request counts against the same monthly initiation allowance as creating a campaign — if the partner accepts, you become the campaign's creator. If you're at your cap, the request is refused with the same message and options as the create wizard (see Rules and fairness).
  • The same account-standing check as creating a campaign applies (reliability floor — see Rules and fairness).
  • Pending requests expire after 72 hours if the recipient doesn't act. An expired request shows an Expired badge; send a fresh one if you're still interested.
  • You can only request partners who are currently listed in the directory. If they unlisted since you loaded the page you'll see "That partner is no longer listed in the directory."

Boosting a request

On a pending outbound request, a ⚡ Boost button may appear, with the price on the button itself (for example "⚡ Boost — $0.99"; higher plans get a discount, and on the top plan it shows "free"). Boosting moves your request to the top of the recipient's inbound queue with a ⚡ Priority badge.

  1. Press ⚡ Boost. The button arms to "Confirm — charge wallet".
  2. Press it again within a few seconds to confirm. Your Onflow Ads wallet is charged the shown price and the request is marked boosted.

Boosting buys priority position only — it never changes whether the recipient can or will accept, and it never alters your trust signals.

Cancelling a request

On the Requests tab, any pending request you sent has a Cancel request button. Cancelling withdraws it immediately; the recipient can no longer accept it.

Requests sent to you

The Requests tab lists two sections — Requests to you (inbound) and Requests you sent (outbound). Each card shows:

  • the other channel's name, @handle, subscribers and photo;
  • their optional message, in quotes;
  • the standard trust signals — size verdict, track record, star rating (see Rules and fairness);
  • the Proposed schedule — go-live, timezone, duration and end time;
  • a status badge: Pending, Accepted, Declined, Cancelled or Expired, plus ⚡ Priority on boosted requests.

Accepting

Press Accept & set up. What happens:

  1. The campaign is created instantly — the requester is the creator, you are the partner, both channels are already attached, and the schedule is the one they proposed.
  2. If the proposed go-live is still in the future, the campaign is immediately Confirmed and both of you receive the full confirmation by Telegram DM and email.
  3. If the proposed go-live has already passed by the time you accept, the campaign opens in the Awaiting confirmation state instead, and the requester is notified to agree a new time with you — use Schedule proposals to fix the timing.
  4. Either way, you land straight on the campaign page, ready to build posts (Creatives).
Accepting is a commitment

Accepting a request makes you the campaign's joiner, so the same checks as joining with a code apply: the anti-ghost join gate and the reliability floor. If you're in a join cooldown or your account is under review, the accept is refused with the reason. See Rules and fairness.

Declining

Optionally type a reason in the "Reason if you decline (optional)" field (up to 300 characters), then press Decline. The requester is told — with your reason, if you gave one — by Telegram DM and email. The reason also appears on their request card under "Reason:".

After a request is accepted

The request card gains an Open campaign button linking to the new campaign page. From there the normal flow continues: schedule (already agreed or renegotiated), posts, review, automatic delivery.

FAQ

My request expired — does it count against my monthly allowance?

No. Only campaigns that actually form (and keep) a partner count. Expired, declined and cancelled requests never consume a slot.

Can I edit a request after sending?

No — cancel it from the Requests tab and send a new one with the corrected schedule or message.

I boosted a request and they still declined. Do I get a refund?

No — boosting buys queue position, not an acceptance. It's best used when a partner's inbound queue is likely busy.

Why can't I accept an inbound request?

If the accept is refused, the message tells you why: the request may have expired (72 hours), already been handled, or your account may be in a join cooldown or below the reliability floor. See Rules and fairness.
