Ratings

Ratings are the community's memory. After every completed swap, each side can leave a one-to-five-star rating; those stars roll up into the average that every future member sees before committing to a partner. An honest rating after every swap makes the next member's decision easier.

Rating your partner

Once a website campaign reaches Completed, a "Rate your partner" box appears under the results on the campaign page ("How was working with them? This helps the next member decide."):

  1. Tap 1–5 stars — the stars fill in as you tap.
  2. Optionally add a short note (up to 300 characters) in the "Add a note (optional)" field.
  3. Press Submit rating. You'll see "Thanks — your rating was saved."

After submitting, the box is replaced by "You rated your partner" with your stars — ratings are final once submitted.

The rules

  • One rating per side, per campaign. You and your partner each rate once; you never see a prompt twice.
  • Completed campaigns only. The box appears only after the run finishes — you can't rate a swap that didn't happen.
  • Participants only. Only the two channels in the swap can rate each other.
  • Website campaigns are rated on the website. Bot-run campaigns are rated in the Telegram bot; both feed the same partner reputation.

Where your rating goes

Your stars feed your partner's public track record — the trust signals every member sees at decision points:

There, the rating appears as ★ average (count) — for example "★ 4.6 (12)" — alongside the completed/dropped counts and reliability percentage. Green means a strong average (4 stars and up), and lower averages tint accordingly. A partner with no completed swaps yet shows "New partner · no completed swaps yet" instead of a fake score.

Individual notes are not published as public reviews — the community signal is the star average and count.

Being rated yourself

Everything above applies to you symmetrically: your partners rate you after each completed swap, and your average follows your channel across the directory, requests, the board and the join page. The way to a strong rating is simple — confirm promptly, build a decent post, review on time, and let the campaign run its full course.

Ratings can't be bought

FAQ

I can't rate my partner

Ratings open only after a website campaign reaches Completed, one rating per side. If the campaign was cancelled, expired, or ran in the Telegram bot, there's no website rating box (bot campaigns are rated in the bot).

Can I change a rating after submitting?

No — submitted ratings are final. Rate when you've seen the full run and the results.

My partner rated me unfairly — can it be removed?

Ratings are one member's honest opinion and generally stand. If you believe a rating breaks the rules (harassment, extortion), contact support from your dashboard.

Do ratings affect my ability to use cross-promotion?

Ratings themselves don't gate anything — they inform partners. Separately, your account's reliability score (driven by completing what you start, across Onflow Ads) does gate deal-forming; see Rules and fairness.
