Promoting Your Listing

Pricing well is half the job; being seen is the other half. This page covers every way to put your channel in front of more buyers — some free and earned, some paid from your wallet — and the panels that tell you whether it is working.

Most of these live on your listing manager page (/telegram/dashboard/paid-promotion/listing/ plus your listing's id; the Manage channel button on your verification message opens it directly).

Featuring puts your listing in the marketplace's featured rail. Two ways to fund it:

  • Included with your plan — some subscription plans include a number of featured days each calendar month, spent free of charge. Your remaining allowance is shown where featuring is offered.
  • Buy a week — a flat price, shown on the page, buys a fixed run of featured days from your wallet. This is open to every plan, including Free.

How it behaves:

  • Only a verified, live listing can be featured. A listing still in review is refused, so you never pay to promote something buyers cannot see.
  • Buying again while a window is still running extends it — the new days stack onto the end rather than replacing what you already have.
  • One listing can hold at most 90 featured days at a time. At the ceiling, let some of the current window run down first.
  • Each purchase confirms the exact date your featured window now runs to.

Featured listings sort first in the marketplace's recommended order, and the slot is disclosed to buyers as paid placement — which is also why it never lets a smaller channel outrank a materially bigger one on reach.

Category sponsorship

A live listing with a category can buy the Sponsored slot at the top of its own category page.

  1. On the listing manager, find the panel "Sponsor the [your category] category" — "A labelled Sponsored slot at the top of the [category] page — $N/day. The slot is exclusive; if it's taken, your window is queued right after."
  2. Choose a duration: 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. Each button shows its total price, calculated from the per-day rate on the panel.
  3. The charge comes from your wallet. If your balance is short you get "Top up your wallet to sponsor this category."

Rules:

  • Exclusive — only one channel sponsors a category at a time. If the slot is taken, your window is scheduled to start the moment the current sponsor's ends, and the confirmation tells you the exact window you got.
  • A channel can only sponsor the category it lives in.
  • The slot is clearly labelled "Sponsored" to buyers.

Priority review

While a new or edited listing is awaiting verification (Pending), its manager page shows: "This listing is awaiting verification. Jump the queue — a moderator reviews it first, for $5", with a Priority review · $5 button.

  • A flat charge from your wallet; "Top up your wallet to buy priority review" if the balance is short.
  • Once bought, the panel turns green: "Priority review purchased — a moderator will look at this listing first."
  • It can be bought once per pending review, and only while the listing is actually pending.

Your Standing score

Every listing has a Standing score out of 100, kept up to date from real activity. It feeds the marketplace's recommended sort, so stronger Standing means more visibility among comparable channels. On the listing manager's Performance panel it appears as a letter grade with your rank in category beside it.

What earns points, and how much each part is worth:

ComponentHow to earn itWeight
Verified & liveBe live in the marketplace20
Completed placementsDeliver bookings cleanly (2 points each)20

Read that table as a to-do list. The cheapest points on it are the ones you can take today: complete your profile, switch on a perk, offer one more format, and answer requests rather than letting them expire.

Self-dealing earns nothing

Bookings where the buyer and seller are the same person, or share an identity, still pay out the escrow normally but earn no Standing, no reliability credit, no earnings credit on the leaderboard, and their reviews do not count. A listing cannot be inflated by buying from itself.

Performance and analytics

The listing manager shows platform-witnessed performance — every figure comes from placements the monitor measured, not from anything you reported:

  • Stat tiles — Subscribers, Avg views (marked "measured"), Engagement, From price, and your star Rating with review count.
  • Performance — Standing grade, rank in category, placements delivered, earned to date, plus live chips for how many requests are awaiting your accept and how many placements are in progress, with an Open bookings shortcut.
  • Slot occupancy — how full your calendar was over the last 30 days. It shows a percentage only when a max-ads-per-day cap is set; otherwise it shows a booked count and says "No per-day cap set — every day is open."
  • Buyer funnel — Shown, Views, In cart, Checkout, Booked, with the conversion rate between each stage and a cart-abandonment figure ("N% of carts with this channel were abandoned before checkout"). This is the panel that tells you whether your problem is discovery or price.
  • Channel P&L — earned, in escrow and platform fees for this channel at a glance. This rollup is part of the higher analytics plans; when it is not included, the panel says which plan unlocks it.

Panels with no data yet show a designed empty state rather than zeros — the platform does not invent numbers.

Performance Passport

On plans that include it, your channel publishes a Performance Passport — a public, platform-witnessed record buyers can check before booking: real average views, click-through rate, delivered against promised as a percentage, clean-delivery rate, and average turnaround, all measured by Onflow Ads's own monitor.

It publishes only once the channel has at least three monitored deliveries, so the record is real rather than anecdotal. A strong passport is the best sales page a channel can have, precisely because none of it can be self-reported.

Reviews and replies

Advertisers can leave verified feedback — 1 to 5 stars plus text — once a booking completes. Reviews appear on your public channel page and in the Reviews panel of your listing manager, with the average and count in the header.

  • Ratings feed your Standing twice: the average and the volume both count.
  • Where you have replied, your reply is shown directly under the review it answers, marked "Your reply".
  • With no reviews yet, the panel explains why: "Advertisers can leave feedback once a placement they booked with you has been delivered and verified."

Replying well to a mediocre review is often worth more than the review costs you — buyers read the exchange, not just the star.

Auction a prime slot

On plans that include auction hosting, you can put a premium window up for bidding instead of selling it at your fixed price — escrow-backed bids, anti-sniping, and a winning bid that books itself as a normal placement at the clearing price. A live auction also earns your channel a gold auction strip on its marketplace page, which is attention in itself. Full walkthrough: Running auctions on your slots.

Refer and earn

Your bookings queue carries a Refer & earn card with your personal referral code: share it, and you earn a share of Onflow Ads's fee on the bookings the people you refer complete — at no cost to them and no cost to the deal. Full details, rules and edge cases: Refer and earn.

FAQ

What is the single fastest way to get more bookings?

Shorten your lead time to 24 hours or less so you appear in the Available today filter, then run a spotlight. The first widens who sees you; the second gives them a reason to act now.

My Standing dropped and I did not change anything.

Standing is computed from live activity, so it moves when your inputs move: a spotlight ending, an unanswered request lowering your responsiveness, or a new review pulling your average. The Performance panel shows the current value; the table above tells you which lever to pull.

Does featuring guarantee the top of the marketplace?

Featured listings sort first among comparable channels, and the placement is disclosed as paid. It does not let a paid boost outrank a materially bigger channel on reach.

Is priority review worth $5?

Only while a listing is Pending and you are waiting to sell. It buys queue position, not a different decision.
