Plans FAQ and troubleshooting
Short answers to the questions that come up most often about plans, billing and tier limits, followed by a plain-English explanation of every message the purchase flow can show you. Each answer links to the full page if you need the detail.
Choosing a plan
How do I compare the tiers?
Open onflowads.com/pricing for the published side-by-side table, or read Comparing the tiers here. Each tier also has its own page: Free, Lite, Plus, Elite, Master, Ultimate.
Which tier should I pick?
Work from the numbers you already have: the commission you pay on marketplace volume, the fee you pay on withdrawals, your monthly Boost spend, and the single limit you keep hitting. A rung pays for itself when the fees it saves plus the limit it clears are worth more than its price.
Do I need a paid plan to use Onflow Ads?
No. Free is a complete working account across every product. Paid tiers buy speed, scale and margin.
Can I try a tier before committing?
There is no trial, but a monthly term is only 30 days and nothing auto-renews. Your first-ever purchase also gets an automatic 10% discount.
Billing and payment
How do I pay for a plan?
From your Onflow Ads wallet balance — the same wallet you use across the platform. Top up once on the wallet page, then buy or renew any tier instantly from onflowads.com/pricing. No cards on file, no external subscriptions.
Does my plan auto-renew?
No. Nothing auto-renews. The full term is charged once, when you confirm, and the membership simply expires at the end of its term unless you renew it yourself.
How long is a term?
30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly.
Do I lose anything by renewing early?
No. Renewals extend: the new term is added on top of whatever time you already have.
Can I pay monthly and switch to yearly later?
Yes. When you renew, just flip the Monthly/Yearly toggle first — a yearly renewal adds 365 days on top of your remaining time, at the 15% yearly discount.
Is there a refund if I upgrade?
No. Upgrading replaces your current membership immediately; remaining days are forfeited with no refund or proration. The checkout states exactly what you're forfeiting and requires a confirmation checkbox before you can pay. If the forfeit is too large, wait until closer to expiry to upgrade.
Why can't I buy a lower tier?
Lower tiers are locked while a higher one is active — their buttons read "After [your tier] expires". This prevents accidentally paying to lose benefits. Buy the lower tier after your current membership expires.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Don't renew, and the membership ends on its expiry date.
Do I qualify for the first-purchase discount?
The automatic 10% discount applies to your first-ever premium purchase, on either the website or the bot — no active paid tier, no expiry date already recorded, and no previous premium charge on the account. If you qualify, the checkout shows the discount line itself; there's no code to enter. It doesn't stack with the legacy price lock, and it never applies to renewals or upgrades.
What happens the moment I pay?
Your tier is active instantly on both the website and the Telegram bot, and you get a "Premium activated" notification in-app, by Telegram message (if your Telegram is linked) and by email.
Are prices the same on the website and in the Telegram bot?
Yes. The bot reads its prices from the website's plan catalog, so a first-time buyer pays the same on both surfaces.
Will I be warned before my plan expires?
Yes, if your Telegram account is linked: reminders at 7 days, 3 days, 24 hours, 6 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes before expiry, each with Renew [tier], Upgrade to [next tier] and View All Plans buttons. The membership card on the website also shows the days remaining.
Is there pricing in Indian rupees?
Regional INR pricing for India is announced as arriving with the UPI payment rail. Until then, prices are in USD, charged from your wallet.
Limits and entitlements
Where can I see my current plan?
On the membership card at the top of onflowads.com/pricing: tier, badge, Active or Lifetime pill, renewal date and days remaining, and your wallet balance.
How do I know what my plan allows in a given product?
The product tells you as you go — status strips, quota counters, locked controls that name the tier that unlocks them, and limit messages that name your plan and the next one. See Where tier limits appear across the product.
When do my monthly allowances reset?
Monthly allowances — marketplace placements, cross-promotion initiations, featured days, Proof Certificates, withdrawal requests, AI monthly caps — reset with the calendar month. AI daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Subscriber Exchange placement cycles run 30 days. Concurrency caps free up as items finish.
If I upgrade, when do the new limits apply?
Immediately, everywhere, on the website and in the bot.
If my plan expires, do I lose what I created?
No. Nothing is deleted and your wallet is untouched. Only limits, fees and features change. Where you're above a Free-tier limit, each product's own over-limit rules apply to creating more — see that product's section, and Downgrading and letting a plan lapse.
Can I withdraw money on the Free tier?
Yes — every tier can withdraw. The tier sets the fee (15% at Free down to 5% at Ultimate) and how many requests you can file per month (1 at Free, unlimited at Ultimate). All withdrawals pass a manual review queue, and non-withdrawable credit stays in-platform at every tier.
Does my plan change what it costs to add money?
Yes. The deposit fee on a wallet top-up is set by your tier — currently 9% on Free, falling to 4% on Master and Ultimate — and it is added on top of the amount you choose, so you are credited the full amount you type whatever your rung. Upgrading applies from your very next top-up. The current rate is always shown in the breakdown before you pay; see Comparing the tiers for the whole ladder.
Legacy Premium and special statuses
I'm on the old $11 Premium — what am I now?
You're Plus, with every current Plus benefit, and you're grandfathered on price: while your membership stays active (or lapsed less than 30 days ago), Plus renews at $11/month or $104/year. The lock is shown on your membership card, on the Plus card ("Your legacy price") and in the checkout ("Legacy price lock — Applied"). Upgrading to Elite or Master — or lapsing for 30 days or more — releases the lock permanently and moves you to standard pricing.
Do legacy Premium accounts keep unlimited cross-promotions?
While the legacy membership is still active, yes — that benefit was part of what was sold. Once it expires, it ends with the rest of the paid benefits.
What is Referral Premium?
An earned status (🌟), granted through the referral program — never sold. It gives you the premium look on the bot and website, but all economics (fees, limits, discounts) stay at Free-tier values, and it never unlocks a paid feature. Your membership card reads "Referral status — the premium look, earned. Pick a rung for the economics." You can buy any paid tier on top of it at any time.
What does "Lifetime" on my membership card mean?
Your membership has no expiry date. It can't be renewed (nothing to extend) and its card button reads Current plan, but it can be upgraded — with the usual forfeit warning.
Error messages explained
"Insufficient wallet balance" / "Insufficient funds in wallet"
The price exceeds your wallet balance. Nothing was charged. Use the Top up wallet button, add funds, and try again.
"Lower tier locked" / "You already have [tier] active. Lower tiers can be purchased after it expires."
You tried to buy a tier below your active one. Wait for your current membership to expire first.
"Upgrading to [tier] replaces your current membership immediately. Remaining time is forfeited — no refund."
Not an error — the upgrade confirmation. Tick the checkbox to enable the pay button, or cancel to keep your current tier.
"Your [tier] membership is already lifetime — there is nothing to extend."
You tried to renew a lifetime membership. Lifetime never expires, so renewal isn't needed.
"Pricing has been updated — refresh the page."
Your browser was holding an old version of the pricing page with retired prices. Refresh, and the current ladder loads. You were not charged.
"Ultimate is application only — 50 founding seats."
Ultimate can't be purchased directly. Apply through the contact page — see Applying for Ultimate.
Plan purchases require a signed-in account. Sign in at onflowads.com/signin and retry.
"Invalid tier selected." / "Invalid billing period selected."
The request didn't name a purchasable tier or a valid billing period — usually a stale page. Refresh onflowads.com/pricing and pick the tier again.
"Connection error — we couldn't reach the server."
A network hiccup between your browser and Onflow Ads. Check your connection and use the Retry button. If you're unsure whether a charge went through, check your membership card at the top of onflowads.com/pricing and your wallet history before retrying.
"Purchase failed — something went wrong processing your purchase."
The purchase did not complete and, if the charge did not commit, nothing was deducted. Check your membership card and wallet history, then try again. If it repeats, contact support.
The pricing page says "Couldn't load your membership"
The page couldn't fetch your account data. Check your connection and refresh — viewing and purchasing both need the live catalog.
A limit message says my plan covers less than this guide states
The product reads your account's live entitlements and is authoritative. Check that your membership hasn't expired (the card shows the date), and remember that an expired paid tier reads as Free everywhere. The pricing page is the authoritative published comparison.
Still stuck?
Reach the team through the contact page or your support channel — paid tiers come with progressively faster support lanes, from email (Lite) up to a dedicated account manager (Ultimate).
