Terms and Conditions — plain-language summary

This page summarizes the Onflow Ads Terms and Conditions in everyday language so you know what you are agreeing to before you connect a channel or run a campaign.

Read the real thing

This is a summary, not the agreement itself. The full, binding Terms and Conditions are at onflowads.com/terms. If this summary and the full Terms ever differ, the full Terms control. The legal page shows its "Last updated" date at the top.

How to read this page

The full Terms are organised into 29 numbered sections, with a section for each product. This summary covers the same ground in fewer words, so you can find the binding text for anything here in one hop:

Three things worth reading in the Terms themselves

This summary cannot substitute for these:

  • §4 — what counts as a "channel". Everywhere the platform asks for a channel it means a Telegram channel: not a group, not a user account, not a bot.
  • §6.2 — Telegram members boosts. These need the invite link of a public channel. Private channels and groups carry no guarantee of any kind.
  • §19 — failed orders. Onflow Ads is not responsible for orders that fail for technical reasons outside our control, or because of something you did.

What you're agreeing to

By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using Onflow Ads in any way — on the website or through the Telegram bot — you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. They apply together.

  • There is no separate "accept" button to hunt for: using the service is the acceptance.
  • If you use Onflow Ads on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf too, and you are confirming you have the authority to do so.
  • The same Terms cover both surfaces. Signing in through the Telegram bot is not a different agreement.

What the service is

Onflow Ads is an advertising-placement marketplace and cross-promotion engine. Once you connect a channel or account, the platform can:

  • Match you with other channels for free cross-promotion swaps
  • Let you buy or sell paid ad placements
  • Schedule and post agreed placements automatically on your behalf
  • Process payments for paid placements and report performance analytics
  • Offer AI-assisted help with ad copy, targeting and match suggestions

Telegram is the platform that is live today. Support for Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok and Discord is planned but not guaranteed — nothing in the Terms promises a future platform will ship.

AI features are assistive only

AI-generated copy, targeting and match suggestions are there to help — they can be wrong. You are always responsible for reviewing and approving anything published from your channel. See Content rules for AI.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, authorized or not.
  • Only connect channels and accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, email support@onflowads.com right away.
  • You must follow the rules of the underlying platform — for example Telegram's own terms — at all times. A breach there can break features here.
  • One person, one identity. A below-baseline reliability record follows the identity across deletion and re-registration, so a second account is not a fresh start. See Account standing.

What you must not do

The acceptable-use rules boil down to: no illegal content, no fraud, no fakery. Specifically, you must not:

  • Promote or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing
  • Advertise scams, malware, phishing or pirated goods
  • Share hate speech, harassment, content that incites violence, or any sexual content involving minors
  • Artificially inflate audience numbers, engagement or reach with bots, fake members or purchased traffic
  • Misrepresent your channel's size, niche, audience or ownership to win matches or placements
  • Try to bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, matching logic or payment controls
  • Scrape the service or access it through unauthorized automated means
  • Use the service to spam people or violate their rights

What happens if you break these rules

Onflow Ads may review channels and campaigns, remove content, pause matches, or suspend accounts. Breaking these rules also has direct, published consequences:

ConsequenceWhere it is described
A fixed reliability penalty on your recordYour reliability score
A change to what your account is allowed to doAccount standing
Automated blocking of scraper and script trafficFraud and bot protection
Permanent payout freeze, account deletion or legal action, for deliberate abuseTrust and safety

Cross-promotion and paid campaigns

Two core ways to grow, with different rules:

Cross-promotionPaid campaigns
CostFreePriced per deal, agreed between the parties
What happensMatched channels publish each other's postsYou buy or sell placements; Onflow Ads handles matching, booking, posting and payment settlement
Your commitmentYou authorize the platform to schedule and post the agreed placement on your channelHonor the placements you accept — for example, keep an agreed post live for the agreed duration
If someone doesn't deliverA reliability penalty, plus insurance compensation where the campaign was insuredA reliability penalty, plus escrow protection, refunds and the fraud-concern flow

You are solely responsible for the content you supply — including having the rights to use it. Onflow Ads is the marketplace connecting the two sides: it does not author the ads, does not endorse any channel or advertiser, and does not guarantee any particular reach, growth or campaign result.

Payments

  • Cross-promotion swaps are free. Paid campaigns and paid plans cost the price shown before you confirm.
  • Payments run through third-party payment providers. Taxes may be your responsibility.
  • A placement is generally reserved once payment clears, and the seller's funds are settled after the placement runs as agreed.
  • Onflow Ads may withhold or reverse settlement where it reasonably suspects fraud, a chargeback or a breach of the Terms.
  • Paid placements are generally non-refundable once a campaign has started — but if a placement fails through Onflow Ads' fault or a counterparty's non-delivery, the platform works with you in good faith on a re-run, credit or refund.

Full detail, including the cancellation windows and the top-up refund rules: Refund Policy.

Your content and Onflow Ads' content

  • You keep ownership of your channel content and creatives. You grant Onflow Ads a license to host, store, schedule and display that content only as far as running the service requires — for example, posting your agreed placement to a matched channel.
  • The Onflow Ads software, design and brand belong to Onflow Ads. You get a limited license to use the service as intended.
  • Feedback you send may be used freely.

Third-party platforms

Onflow Ads runs on top of platforms like Telegram and depends on their APIs. Onflow Ads is an independent product — not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram or any other platform.

Practical consequences worth knowing:

  • If a platform changes its API or restricts your account there, features tied to that account may stop working.
  • Each connected platform has its own terms and privacy policy, which Onflow Ads does not control.
  • You can disconnect a channel at any time to revoke Onflow Ads' access on that platform.
  • The service is provided "as is" — no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular growth or revenue.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. The full Terms cap total liability at the greater of what you paid Onflow Ads in the three months before the claim, or USD 100.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing in the Terms takes away rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. Disconnect your channels and accounts and contact the team to close your account. Write to support@onflowads.com or use the contact form from the email address on the account.

Before you close it, note:

  • Withdraw any wallet balance you want to keep first — see Refund Policy for how withdrawals and refunds differ.
  • Promotional or bonus credit has no cash value and is not paid out.
  • Deals already in flight should be finished or cancelled cleanly, so you do not leave a partner without their side of a swap.
  • A below-baseline reliability record does not disappear with the account. Re-registering with the same identity resumes at that record's floor for a period tied to how serious the mark was.

Onflow Ads can end it too. Access can be suspended or terminated — in whole or in part, with or without notice — for a breach of the Terms, for risk or legal exposure, or if the service is discontinued. On termination your right to use the service ends, and data associated with your account may be deleted or de-identified, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention obligations. Provisions that should survive by their nature — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, payment obligations already incurred — continue to apply.

When the Terms change

The Terms can change as the service evolves or as legal requirements change. When there is a material change, the "Last updated" date at onflowads.com/terms is updated and, where appropriate, additional notice is given through the service.

Continued use after a change means acceptance. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and close your account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to accept the Terms separately in the Telegram bot?

No. One account, one agreement — the Terms cover the website and the bot together.

Can Onflow Ads post to my channel whenever it wants?

No. The platform posts only the campaigns and slots you set up, and it never messages your audience privately. Disconnecting a channel revokes access at any time.

Who owns the ad copy the AI wrote for me?

You keep ownership of your creatives. AI assistance does not change that — and it does not shift responsibility either: you approve everything that publishes from your channel.

I run channels for a client. Is that allowed?

Yes, provided you are authorized to manage them. You are agreeing to the Terms on behalf of whoever you are acting for.

Does breaking a rule always cost me my account?

No. The consequences are graded. Most breaches produce a fixed, published reliability penalty you can see and appeal. Account-level action is reserved for serious or deliberate abuse.

How old do I have to be?

At least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
