Reporting a problem with a Boost order
If a Boost / SMM order didn't deliver the way it should have, don't write a general support message — use the Report button on the order itself. It opens a support ticket for you and attaches the order's full details automatically, so the team can act without asking you for anything.
Use it for: nothing delivered, partial delivery, slow delivery, drops after delivery, the wrong link, or poor quality on one specific order.
Use ordinary support instead for: billing questions, questions about Boost in general, or anything not tied to a single order. See Opening a support ticket.
Before you start
- You must be signed in with the account that placed the order. If your session has expired you'll be sent to the sign-in page.
- Check the order's own status first. Some outcomes are normal and self-resolving — a Refill or Cancel may already be available on the order, and using those is faster.
- Refunded and cancelled orders can't be reported: there's nothing left to put right on them, so the Report button isn't shown.
Step by step
-
Go to your Boost orders at https://onflowads.com/telegram/dashboard/boost/orders.
-
Find the order. Each order row shows the service name and its current status, with its action buttons on the right (which can include Refresh, Cancel, Refill, ★ Review and Report, depending on the order's state).
-
Click Report. A dialog opens, titled Report a problem, with the service name shown underneath.
-
Choose an answer to What's wrong? from the dropdown:
Reason Use when Nothing delivered The order shows no delivery at all. Partly delivered / stopped short Some of the quantity arrived, then it stopped. Delivery too slow It's moving, but far slower than expected. Delivered then dropped It arrived and then fell away afterwards. Wrong link / target Delivery went somewhere other than your intended target. Low-quality delivery It arrived, but the quality isn't what the service promises. Other Anything that doesn't fit above. The dropdown starts on Nothing delivered — change it if that's not your case.
-
Describe the problem in the box (placeholder: "Tell us what happened and we'll make it right."). This is required and holds up to four thousand characters.
-
Click Send report. The button reads Sending… while it goes.
To abandon the dialog, click Cancel, the ✕, the area outside the card, or press Escape.
What happens after you send
- The dialog closes and a success message appears on the orders page: "Thanks — our team has your report and will follow up by email."
- A support ticket is opened on your account, with the subject Boost order issue followed by the service name, and flagged for priority handling.
- The team is notified immediately.
- The reply arrives by email, at the address on your Onflow Ads account.
What gets attached for you
You only have to describe the problem. Your message is filed with a block of order context taken straight from the order:
- the order reference and the service name;
- the platform;
- the order's current status;
- the quantity ordered;
- the amount paid;
- the target link;
- the date the order was placed.
That's the whole point of using this flow instead of a general message: no back-and-forth to collect details you already gave us once.
"Ordered 1,000, counted 340 after three days, no movement since" gets a faster resolution than "didn't work". Files can't be attached, so put numbers and dates in the text.
Rules and limits
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Sign-in required | The ticket is filed against your account. Signed-out visitors are sent to the sign-in page. |
| Your own orders only | You can only flag orders placed by your account. |
| Not available on refunded or cancelled orders | Those are already resolved. |
| Description required | An empty box shows "Please describe the problem in a short message." |
| Length cap | Around four thousand characters. |
| Rate limited | This flow is deliberately limited to a small number of submissions in a short window — one per issue is plenty. If you hit it, wait a few minutes. |
| Replies come by email | This flow does not open a chat window. |
How this differs from a widget ticket
| Order flow (this page) | Widget ticket | |
|---|---|---|
| Where you start | The Report button on an order | The Get help widget |
| Sign-in | Required | Not required |
| Order details | Attached automatically | You paste them yourself |
| Priority | Flagged for priority handling | Normal queue |
| Acknowledgement email | Not sent — the on-page confirmation is your receipt | Sent, with a link back to the conversation |
| Instant AI first reply | Not offered | Offered on eligible paid plans |
| Appears in Your messages | No | Yes, in the browser you sent from |
Because no acknowledgement email and no browser entry are created here, you won't find this conversation under Your messages. Watch your account's email inbox for the reply — that is where it continues.

Edge cases
The Report button isn't on my order. The order is refunded or cancelled. If you still have a question about it, open a normal ticket with the topic Boost / SMM orders and quote the order reference.
I picked the wrong order. Submit on the correct one, and mention the mistake in the description so the team can disregard the first.
I want a refund, not a fix. Say so in the description. Refund decisions are made by the team under the published policy at https://onflowads.com/refunds — this flow is how you ask for one on a specific order.
Should I use this for a Paid Promotion problem? No. This flow is only for Boost / SMM orders. For a paid promotion, use the widget with the topic Paid promotions, or the dispute route documented in the Paid Promotions section.
FAQ
Does this cancel my order or pause delivery? No. It opens a conversation with the team; it doesn't touch the order itself.
Can I submit twice on the same order? You can, but it's rarely useful — add detail by replying to the team's email instead.
Where do I check the reply? In the email inbox on your Onflow Ads account. Check spam if nothing arrives.
