Choosing the right support channel
Every route below reaches the same Onflow Ads team, and every one of them replies by email. They differ in speed, in how much they do for you, and in whether you need to be signed in. This page is the short version; each flow has its own page with the full walkthrough.
Pick by situation
| Your situation | Use this | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A general "how does this work?" question | Getting an instant answer in the help widget | Answers in seconds, no ticket, no waiting. |
| Something is broken or blocking you right now | Opening a support ticket in the help widget | Shows whether the team is online, gives you a reference code, and can produce an instant AI first reply on eligible plans. |
| A problem with one specific Boost / SMM order | The Report button on that order | Attaches the order's details automatically and is handled as a priority. |
| A longer enquiry, a partnership, or press | The contact form | More room to write, no sign-in, plain email reply. |
| An Ultimate plan application | The contact form | The documented route — see Applying for Ultimate. |
| You'd rather write from your own inbox | support@onflowads.com | Nothing to learn, no forms. |
| You look for "Support" in a menu | The Support page in your dashboard | A signed-in hub that routes you to chat or the contact form. |
| "Is it just me, or is the site down?" | The status page | Live component health and any incident notice. |
| You've hit a "We're tuning things up" page | Maintenance windows | Explains what's happening and what to do. |

What to expect
- When the widget says the team is online: usually a reply within a few minutes.
- When it says offline, or you used the form or email: the published expectation on the contact page is usually within one business day.
- Always by email. Human replies are never shown in the widget — it only tells you a reply exists. See Ticket statuses and threads.
What you were doing, the page you were on, what you expected, what actually happened, the exact error text, and any reference you have — an order reference, an invoice number starting OFA-, a withdrawal reference starting WD-, a channel username, or a support reference starting of_. Files can't be attached anywhere, so paste text rather than screenshots.

Still not sure?
Use the Get help widget. It will either answer you instantly or put your message in front of the right person, and it's the only route that shows you whether anyone is at the desk right now. If you can't see it, use the contact form.
Next: before you write in, spend ten seconds on The system status page.
