Deposit Bonuses

A deposit bonus is extra credit added to your wallet on top of a qualifying top-up. It costs you nothing: it is not a discount on the fee and not part of what you are charged, it is simply more money in your balance than you paid for.

Bonuses run as a ladder of thresholds on the amount you are depositing. Reach a rung, and that rung's bonus is granted the moment your deposit credits.

Bonuses are promotional and change over time

There is no permanent bonus schedule. Bonuses are switched on, adjusted and switched off as promotions run, and they are configured separately for each payment method. The bonuses live right now are always shown on the payment page before you pay — that display is the authority, and this page explains how to read it.

Crypto is where the best bonuses live

Bonus ladders are set per payment rail, and the two rails do not carry the same offers.

The cryptocurrency rail costs the business less to run than the card and UPI rail, and the bonus ladder is the main way that saving is passed back. In practice that means the crypto rail is where the strongest deposit bonuses sit, and it is worth checking the crypto ladder before you top up even if you normally pay by card.

The UPI and card rail may carry its own bonuses, and may carry none at all. Select each method on the wallet page and compare what the page shows for the amount you had in mind.

How thresholds work

Each rung of a ladder is a minimum deposit and a bonus attached to it. For example, a ladder might read:

Deposit at leastBonus
$500+$25
$1,000+$60

Two rules decide what you get.

1. The bonus is matched on the amount you are depositing — the number you type, the amount that will be credited. It is not matched on the fee-inclusive total you pay, so adding the fee on top never carries you up a rung.

2. Only the highest rung you reach applies. Rungs never stack. You earn one bonus per deposit, or none.

A worked example

Against the ladder above, deposit $1,501:

  • You have passed the $500 rung and the $1,000 rung.
  • The highest one you reached is $1,000, so you earn the $1,000 rung's bonus — and only that one.
  • You do not earn $25 plus $60. The rungs are not added together.
  • Passing $1,000 by $501 does not earn anything extra either. Until the ladder has a higher rung, everything above $1,000 is bonused at the $1,000 rate.

So it is always worth checking how close you are to the next rung before you confirm. Depositing $980 against that ladder earns the $500 bonus; another $20 would move you to the $1,000 one.

Fixed-amount and percentage bonuses

A rung can be written either way, and the payment page labels which it is:

KindWhat it meansExample on a $2,000 deposit
Fixed amountA flat sum, the same however far above the rung you deposit.A rung reading "+$60 bonus" grants $60.
PercentageA share of the amount you are depositing, so it grows with the deposit.A rung reading "+5% bonus" grants $100.

A percentage bonus is calculated on the deposit itself, never on the fee-inclusive total, and is rounded to the nearest whole cent (or paise on the UPI rail).

The two kinds can appear on the same ladder — a small fixed bonus on a low rung and a percentage on a high one is a common shape.

Where the current bonuses are shown

You never have to guess whether a bonus is running.

  • On the payment page. Selecting a payment method shows that rail's bonus ladder, and the rung your current amount has reached is highlighted as you type.
  • In the breakdown, before you pay. A qualifying amount adds a bonus line to the live breakdown, so you can see the extra credit before you confirm anything.
  • On your invoice. A granted bonus appears as a Deposit bonus line, printed below the Total paid figure with the note "Extra credit — not part of what you paid", because it is not something you were charged for.
  • In your wallet Activity. The bonus lands as its own green credit with the reason Deposit bonus, separate from the "Wallet top-up" credit.

If no ladder is shown for a method, there is no bonus on that rail at the moment.

When the bonus is granted

  • The bonus is locked in when you start the payment, at the same moment as your fee rate. A promotion ending while you are on the checkout cannot take away a bonus you were already quoted.
  • It is credited in the same transaction as the deposit itself, so it can never land twice, and it can never land without the deposit.
  • If a top-up does not complete, no bonus is granted — there is nothing to attach it to.

What bonus credit can and cannot do

  • Bonus credit is spendable on anything on the platform, exactly like the rest of your wallet balance.
  • It is not withdrawable. Like topped-up money, promotional credit stays in-platform; only Paid-Promotions earnings can be cashed out. See Your Balance and Transaction History.
  • It does not count toward your lifetime funding, which tracks the money that actually arrived. Your deposit does; the bonus on top of it does not.
  • It is not part of a refund. A top-up refund is quoted on the amount you deposited, never on the bonus granted with it — promotional credit is not paid out to an external destination. See Requesting a Top-up Refund.
Two different things are called a deposit bonus

Some deposits also grant Boost Credits — a separate promotional pocket that is auto-applied to Boost orders and cannot be spent on anything else. That is a different scheme from the wallet deposit bonus described on this page, and the two can run at the same time. Boost Credits appear in the Boost Credits stat tile on the wallet page, not in your spendable cash balance.

FAQ

Do I have to claim a bonus, or enter a code? No. There are no codes. If your amount reaches a rung, the bonus is applied automatically.

Can I combine two rungs by making one big deposit? No — a single deposit earns one rung, the highest it reaches.

Can I combine rungs by making several deposits? Each deposit is matched on its own amount, so two $500 deposits each earn the $500 rung rather than one $1,000 rung. Whether that beats a single larger deposit depends on the ladder in front of you — compare the rungs shown on the page.

Does the bonus reduce my platform fee? No. The fee is worked out on the amount you are depositing, as described in Deposit Fees and Your Plan. The bonus is added afterwards, on the credit side.

Does my plan change the bonus? No. Bonus rungs are the same for everyone on a given rail. Your plan sets the deposit fee, not the bonus.

I deposited in rupees. What is my bonus worth? UPI bonuses are quoted in rupees, and converted to USD at the same exchange rate locked for your deposit — so a later rate move cannot change what the bonus is worth, just as it cannot change your credit.

I qualified but no bonus appeared. Check the invoice for the top-up: if it carries no Deposit bonus line, none was attached to that order. Contact support@onflowads.com with the order reference from your receipt and it can be looked into.
