Wallet and Payments FAQ
The questions we are asked most about money on Onflow Ads, answered in a line or two. Every answer links to the page that covers the topic in full, so start here when you want a quick check rather than the whole guide.
Balances
What currency is my wallet in? US Dollars, always. You can display it in another currency, which changes nothing about the money — see Currencies and Exchange Rates.
What is the difference between Total, Withdrawable and Boost Credits? Total is your spendable cash. Withdrawable is the part of it that came from Paid-Promotions earnings and may be cashed out. Boost Credits are a separate promotional pocket that can only be spent on Boost orders. Full explanation: Your Balance and Transaction History.
Why is my Withdrawable balance zero? Because your balance is money you added, refunds credited back, or promotional credit. Only earnings from running paid placements are withdrawable.
Does my balance expire? No. Unused balance stays in your wallet.
Can my balance go negative? No. A purchase that exceeds your balance is refused, and the checkout offers to top you up first.
Adding funds
How do I top up? Wallet page, Add funds tab, pick a method, enter the amount, confirm, pay. See Adding Funds.
What payment methods can I use? UPI / Card (UPI, cards and netbanking, billed in Indian Rupees) and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and more, billed in US Dollars). A method appears only while it is enabled on the platform.
What are the limits? Per top-up: ₹1,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 on the UPI and card rail, $20.00 to $5,000.00 on the crypto rail. The limits apply to the amount credited, not to the total you pay.
What does it cost? A platform fee, added on top of the amount you add, worked out as a percentage set by your plan and subject to a minimum of ₹200.00 or $2.00 depending on the method. The current rates run from 9% on Free down to 4% on the top two tiers — see Deposit Fees and Your Plan. The exact total is always shown before you pay.
Is the fee taken out of my credit? No. You are credited the full amount you type; the fee is added to what you pay.
Why does my invoice show a higher percentage than my plan's rate? The per-method minimum fee binds on small top-ups, so the effective percentage is higher. The invoice prints the honest effective figure, with your plan's own rate named beneath it.
Does upgrading my plan lower the deposit fee? Yes, from your very next top-up. See Deposit Fees and Your Plan.
What is a deposit bonus? Extra credit granted on top of a large enough deposit, at no cost to you. Only the highest threshold you reach applies, and the bonuses running right now are shown on the payment page before you pay — see Deposit Bonuses.
Do I have to confirm my age every time? Yes. Every top-up raises the Confirm before you pay dialog, and it cannot be skipped.
Can my payment be credited twice? No. Confirmation arrives from two independent directions but always results in exactly one credit.
Invoices
Do I get a receipt? Yes — a branded email with a PDF invoice attached, sent automatically the moment your top-up is credited. See Invoices and Receipts.
Do I get an invoice when I spend my balance? No. Spends are recorded in Activity, and each service sends its own confirmation.
Can I download old invoices from the dashboard? Not today. Ask support@onflowads.com to re-send one.
Withdrawals
What can I withdraw? Only Paid-Promotions earnings, shown as the Withdrawable figure.
Where can it be paid? Telegram Stars, a UPI ID, or a USDT BEP-20 (BSC) wallet address.
What is the minimum? $5.00 per request.
What is the fee? It depends on your plan, from 15% on Free down to 5% on Ultimate. The exact net is confirmed the moment you submit. See Withdrawing Your Earnings.
How many withdrawals can I make? Between 1 and unlimited per calendar month, depending on your plan. Rejected and refunded requests do not count.
Why did my balance drop before I was paid? The gross amount is held as soon as the request is accepted, and appears in Activity as "Withdrawal hold WD-…". It returns if the request is rejected.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Not from the wallet page. Contact support with the WD- reference.
Refunds
Can I get a top-up back? You can ask, within 12 hours of it being credited and only if none of it has been spent. It is reviewed manually and may be declined. See Requesting a Top-up Refund.
Where does an approved refund go? To an external destination, not your wallet: back to your original payment method for UPI and card, or to a fresh USDT BEP-20 address you supply for crypto. Fees are deducted.
What if I spent part of the top-up? Then it is not refundable at all. A top-up must be completely intact.
What about refunds for services? Those are automatic and go back to your wallet in full, with no fees — see Refunds.
Are Boost Credits refundable? No. Promotional credit has no cash value and is neither refundable nor withdrawable.
Problems
I paid but my balance has not updated. Wait a few minutes and reload; crypto in particular waits for network confirmations. If money left your account and nothing appears within a few hours, contact support. Full guide: Payment Troubleshooting.
I sent less than the crypto invoice asked for. Underpaid invoices are not credited. Contact support with your order reference and transaction hash.
I see "Too many attempts." Wallet actions are rate-limited for safety. Wait a little and try again.
Who do I contact?
support@onflowads.com, or the contact form at https://onflowads.com/contact. Include the invoice number, order reference or WD- reference. See Contact Us.
